Features of disciplinary liability of police officers

The objective of this article is to formulate the definition notion disciplinary responsibility police officers, highlight and study features legal phenomenon in system individual European states. research was carried out on a complex general special scientific methods. In particular, used hermeneutic, logical method convergence from simple complex, logical-semantic, logical-legal, comparative-legal method. author has studied officers. focuses fact that officers number features: 1) are subjects responsibility; 2) content offense (misconduct) officer broader than persons who not public service; 3) sanctions applied wider for employees 4) procedure bringing Ukraine specific; 5) National Police brought case committing any (criminal, administrative, civil).
